RULES
Guest Approval
Only pre-approved guests are allowed in the space. You must email us a copy of each guest’s photo ID prior to your session.
Quiet Entry
Enter and exit the building quietly, as there are offices and neighboring tenants nearby.
Food & Drinks
No food is allowed. Drinks must have a secure lid, no uncapped beverages permitted.
Equipment Care
You are responsible for any broken or damaged equipment during your session. Please inspect and report any issues before recording begins.
Approved Use Only
Recording is limited to the content you outlined in your inquiry form. If filming for an additional brand, company, or podcast, prior approval is required.
Set-Up & Operation
You are responsible for staging the room to your preference and for knowing how to properly operate all equipment provided.
Data Responsibility
We are not liable for corrupted or lost data on SD cards, USBs, or other storage devices used during your session.
Content Restrictions
Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
Safety
Do not move heavy furniture or equipment without assistance. Use caution with cables and tripods to prevent injury or damage.
Cleanliness
Leave the space as you found it. Remove personal items, trash, and props at the end of your session.
Time Management
Sessions must end at the scheduled time unless additional hours have been approved and paid for.
Liability
You are responsible for the conduct of all guests and for following these rules.
Right to Terminate
360 Studio reserves the right to terminate your session without refund for violations of any rules.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, follow building safety protocols and notify staff immediately.
Timeliness
You are only allowed into the space at preapproved allotted times.
