GENERAL
2-4 guests are allowed however everyone that will be coming to the rental space will have to be pre-approved by us. Please send us an email with a picture of their photo ID.
Our studio is primarily designed for creators, businesses, and brands looking for a consistent space to record. We focus on long-term partnerships (weekly or monthly use), but reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
We focus on providing the space and equipment for great raw recordings. However, our events & marketing team can connect you with editing, branding, or promotional services if needed.
We understand that plans can change! If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24–48 hours, your payment will be credited toward a future booking. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the session is non-refundable, but you may still apply the payment toward a future session.

EQUIPMENT
Yes, you can bring in your own equipment for any visual/audio needs. Small props are allowed; however, we do not permit bringing your own furniture into the space.
No, everything you bring must be taken with you at the end of your session. No leaving props or equipment on property.
Yes, we will not provide a laptop for you.
SPACE
Our studio is designed specifically for podcasting, with professional sound treatment to minimize outside noise. While it’s not fully soundproof, the space provides clear, broadcast-quality audio that’s ideal for interviews, conversations, and solo recordings
There are 6 outlets, additional power strips can be provided upon request.
Yes, there is one large window that can provide natural lighting, with an option for window covers that completely block the light

SCHEDULING
Please fill out an inquiry form and we will get back to you shortly about booking your session.
You may reschedule within 48 hours of cancellation with no cancellation fee charge. Anything within 24 hours results in a 50% charge of full payment. Within 12 hours of allotted scheduled time, you will be charged full price.
You can book a recurring schedule based on availability. Please fill out our inquiry form before booking.
You must be pre-approved before booking, all inquiries are subject to rejection based off of Studio 360 Jax requirements.
It is your responsibility to arrive on time. Allotted time includes set up and breakdown. Any overtime is subject to an additional charge.
